It has finally arrived, the long awaited holiday!
I made it through this year of school and now I have ~6 weeks of no school.
I’ll try to be productive and learn a bit of C++, create another never finished map and play a lot of TF2 and Super Smash Bros Brawl. I really hope that I can get internets on my Wii so I can play online, if you have any cheap tips, the comments are open.

I got it yesterday and I’ve made 5 weird creatures. It’s really fun and you can do almost everything with the creatures. Mine:

Also, I’m busy with the last days of this schoolyear. I’m not really sure if I pass this year but I hope so.

Kind of forgot to post here… Really busy with finishing this school year and stuff. Watched Hot Fuzz, and that’s about it.

Also, Reaper’s 1st season has ended. And it has a little open end which I never like.

This was kind of a filler post, so expect another pause of around 2/3 weeks, still busy.

Monday: Day off from school because of liberation day. My mom’s car wouldn’t start in the middle of nowhere so me and my brother had to push….. 20 metres.

Tuesday: First day school after a holiday of a week, nothing interesting. Also found out that I had to make a book report for dutch class :/

Wednesday: …

Thursday: What happened on thursday?
That’s right, nothing!

Friday: Short day, start of 4-day weekend ^^

The medic hype is now a bit cooled down, no more complete medic teams :P. I also manage to achieve the 2 first weapons by getting the first 24 achievements of the medic pack, and I only farmed 3 or 4 of them :P. The first one is the BlutSauger, a needle gun. Works the same as the regular one but for each hit you get 3 hp but you don’t get any crits. Second the KritzKrieg, healbeam but when ubered, you get crits instead of invulnerability. I so want the ÜberSaw, when you hit someone you get 25% uber. I also saw on the SteamPowered forums on thread(can’t find it anymore) of infinite uber, one gets uber and uses the UberSaw to fill is own uber, then switch, that’s what I’m going to do too.

I also started with a new map, again, no name yet but it’s going to be the same gamemode as goldrush and some bits in the same style. In the first stage you have to bring the cart to a big facility. The second stage you are on the ground of it making you way to the entrance. Last stage you are inside and you have to blow up the big rocket. BLU attacks, RED defends. Simple isn’t it?

One last thing, I would really appreciate it if you comment after you read my blog, so that I know that I’m not writing for myself :).

The TF2 Medic achievement pack and new map (Gold Rush) are out! Now everyone’s just grinding to get the achievements, I have never seen so much medics at one place. So there might be a little less posts for the following weeks, hehe.

Also, I tried to pick up my mapping again, but I just couldn’t do it. I guess I don’t like my map anymore so I decided to stop mapping for that map. Maybe I’m going to make a map with the same gametype as Gold Rush.

I finally got Assassin’s Creed to work, and man, what a fun game. I tried the ‘preview’ version but that one crashed all the time. Too bad the game is so short, I’m already half through it.

First of all, sorry for the lack of posts. I’ve been busy for the last few weeks and I didn’t really know something to write about. From now on I try to posts 3 or 4 blogs per week.

I’ve been watching Reaper lately. It is really a great show. I like the humor and Ray Wise, the guy that plays the devil, is really the perfect man for that role. The basic outline is that the parents of Sam Oliver sold Sam’s soul to the devil before he was born. When Sam turned 21 he was forced to work for the Devil. That work is collecting escaped souls from hell. Together with his friends Sock, who has really great humor, and Ben they capture the souls with a vessel, a device that can ’suck’ up the souls.

I really recommend this show. You can watch this on television or if you live in the USA you can watch it online on the official website and if you don’t live there… You can always download it :P

Garry (creator of Garry’s Mod) released an alpha version of Facewound. I’m too lazy to explain what it is so read Garry’s post or just download it from there.

Maybe I’ll post some screenshots later.

As some of you might know I’m making a TF2 map. It currently doesn’t have a name yet so it’s called ctf_unkown. Maybe I’ll stick to it because I’m kind of used to it now.

Anyway, on with the mapstuff:

For the last couple of days I experienced troubles with my sound after I updated the drivers. Yes, I know, I could also revert back to the old ones but the problem was that I didn’t have them anymore and I didn’t know what version they were.

So after some searching for a cheap-ass card I chose a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE. 2 days of waiting and I got it. I installed it and it was working! WIN! but… my mic wasn’t. So after some bitching with the settings and finding out that the microphone port wasn’t the red one I finally made it work.

Now to get a better headset with more bass…

Well, that’s basicly it. I know my blog isn’t really worth reading now but eventually it will be! So you better keep watching this frequently… (or not)
